I used a very similar product called Mag07. Same ingriedients. It worked fine, but I started out slow and built up since I didn't know how I was going to handle it.
never took the maximum amount, (like 5 capsules) only took like 4. Worked fine for me, BUT gave me extreme gas during the night! One bowl in the morning and then I was fine. Others had reported constantly going. If I had taken more, than that could have happened to me. Tweet
