I have a question about my horse

Hey. I have a 15 year old quarter horse mare. I have owned her since she was 9, and she has always had a cough. She coughs mostly when she is fed dusty feeds and when i ride her. She also gets a booger discharge of some sort from her nostrills. I was just wondering what things i could do at home to help her.
