About the strangulation aspect of your hernia, seems you'd been long-ago at the ER with that because they are painful...they let you know, screaming. All of the radiating pain, to your hip, back and front, goes right along with the territory.

Here's something that may help you: Go to Wal-Mart's and buy PSYLLIUM husk seed in a tall plastic container, RAW and NATURAL, no Aspartame or flavorings. Take a 12-ounce glass of water, add 3 to 4 Tablespoons of PSYLLIUM, stir, drink. Do this three times a day. It only costs about $4.00.

What PSYLLIUM does is it cleans out the ascending colon, a big trouble spot in intestinal digestion. It simply has a tendency to get clogged. I'm not pointing this out to cure a hernia; not at all. It will relieve the neural transmission of pain...it's a start. It also will help you arrest the overwhelming struggle of weight loss--it helps.

Until I can target the Asian Tea, and a good source to obtain it, rest assured, there is an answer (outside surgery) to all things hernia.
