Yes, separate each problem ie anxiety/anger/fear about work/home relationships etc rate each problem 1-10, 10 being the most distress. Use EFT until you feel the issue is at zero and then move onto the next one. It could take 10-30min per issue maybe more or less depending on the severity and how many layers there are to the issue. Once you have reduced the first issue to a zero you may find all the others feel better as well.
