Gangrene has set in a friend of mine

My friend is hospital for heart attack. He has lost most of his liver and kidney function, and is in dialysis 3 times a week. Now he has develop Gangrene in both feet and they want to amputate. He's very weak and they're still trying to save the feet thru antibiotic. Is there something that can be done to save his feet? Tweet
