Leading a horse to water can
be frustrating enough. Leading
humans away from the pedestal
many have put their doctors on
can be very challenging. Most
of us want to feel we can put
our trust in doctors. I came
to appreciate alternative healing
but only after allopathic medicine
had failed me enough to change my
mind. I had not been ready before.

Ultimately your family and friends
must also choose for themselves.

I feel like taking care of myself
has proven to be inspirational.
It has taken years sometimes for
someone to be ready to hear what
I have to say. Don't give up, just
keep being your self and walking
YOUR walk and talk. It may not be
easy to support the choice of your
Aunt, but that too, is part of your
own healing.

if I begin to show any signs of
mental lapse, just keep dosing me
