mrs. barefoot capsules 12/24 daily is the ideal dose.

all the capsules can be taken separtley for maximum use or mixed all together does no harm as well.

the bf&c formula works well for the joints, i like spray ii and iii along with internal bf&c.

there are specific herbs for popping knees and loose tendons, but i find it hard to believe herbs can do that specific cure.
