So far it looks like MA law does allow an out for vaccination, but it imposes extreme penalties on non-compliance with quarantine, etc. However, compliance for vaccination can be imposed by Federal Emergencies through Presidential Orders, executed by FEMA, and those can be triggered by WHO "recommending" (with legal authority) the vaccinations.

With one stroke of Obama's pen state law won't mean squat. Everything will be dictated by forces outside of the US or any other sovereign nation who signed the 2005 WHO IHR (International Health Regulations) amendments to the 1999 IHR.

Right now 194 nations have given away their sovereignty to the WHO in the event of a "pandemic" health event. I wonder why a dud flu is ramped up to pandemic so fast? I wonder why a lot of things have happened fast.
