Wanted: cavitation surgery recommendation

Hi,
I have severe chronic illness and have been having worsening facial pain in the past few months. This made me think I may have cavitations that are causing the illness. I tried oil pulling. On the second day it made my whole body feel poisoned, like food poisoning only I couldn't vomit. I could barely move I felt so sick. That was a few days ago, now I have really sour stomach and I feel weak.

I live in ohio but will travel anywhere I can get to by car for treatment. Can anyone recommend a holistic dentist who does cavitation surgery ? Has anyone had bad experiences with cavitation surgery ? Does anyone have suggestions for how to support my body from all the toxins that are in my body right now? Thank you.
