Re: coffee enemas...how often do you do them?

How often to do a coffee enema depends on many factors. First the quantity of the enema? For example, if it is only a two-cup coffee enema then you could do it twice daily, one right after the other, preferably in the morning right after you have your normal daily BM.

If it is a quart enema with 20 minutes retention then I would say 3 times a week. However if you do a quart coffee retention enema then you should do a cleansing enema before and after the coffee enema.

I have done both of these routines and have found them satisfactory. I also believe that one should not do anything for a long period of time without taking a rest from the routine. In the case of the quart enema 3 times a week I only did it for a period of 3 months. The daily 2 two cup routine I did for over a year with a break of 3-4 fays every 3 months.
