Tracey,
I puked UP the bile!! Yeah it was old dark green nasty stuff. I did get about 25 stones out, so it was not a loss. I do think I have learned that day time flushing does not work as well for me as doing it at night. Today I have blonde BM, just like the last time I did the flush in the day time.
