Hi, Trapper.

I consume so much olive oil, that today I was researching the exact components, in case it can be overdone!!!

Lecithin was one ingredient in that Selinium/E capsule by Solaray that I loved so much...

Gotta go back to that. Just plain selenium (not from yeast) is so much more affordable.
