i been there so many times i feel on this one, i really don't pay much mind to it any more i used to Google every single pain or feeling to what i was feeling at the moment and made me more anxious and blah , and it has stop so far i get random feelings every now and then, so what i do i change thoughts i pay attention to some thing else and just say to my self that i been there and is just a feeling is easy to say but i was like that for 2 years and is hell best wishes.
