Bitters and liver flush..plse help

I just did 1st flush..not much results.Now im trying swedish bitters before flush to help get out more stones.
Does anyone know if i could or should take the bitters on empty stomach a few days before flush?Is this better than with meal?
Any experience or advice would be appreciated.
