I type slowly these days, but, with both hands, thank goodness.


I won't write much, but I did want to say that quitting doesn't hurt a bit.


No, I haven't had any conniption fits, or cravings, or anything, but I certainly could start again at any time.


The inclination to have a smoke comes, but I don't, and the idea disappears...only to come again later.

I have had one drag on a cig in the car...a few times, but have no trouble putting it out and not trying again for days or weeks.

Smoking is not important to me, any more.

My husband, who used to smoke 75 per day, says the idea of smoking will vanish entirely, in time.
