Wow!

Chemistry and biology all in the same place. I love it!

Questions:

I read where Andre Moritz mentioned that when our system becomes too acid, our liver will produce cholesterol to protect our arteries and tissue from the acid.  Also, the body will produce mucus to protect the digestive tract.

Does this follow with the alkaline concepts?
