2nd flush

I just finished my second flush - the result is not so WOW, but I figured these little stones don't belong there anyway and maybe my body just needs a little more effort to push more out. I have at least a peace of mind to see it's working!!!!
I passed about 10 small, green colored stones, the largest was not bigger that a black pepper, most of them were really tiny.
At my first flush I had seen only one significant size stone - I was ready to see something crazy, like on the pictures and probably didn't pay attention to the miniature ones... :)
It helped a lot to drink the Epsom Salt in freshly pressed apple juice - I could not drink it without it!!
I've read so many posts about the olive oil-grapefruit drink - it's not bad at all, I was really thirsty at that time already and it was somewhat refreshing for me...!!
I have just one question, I want to make sure I'm doing it right: I'm not supposed to eat AND drink anything until the flush is done, when I've finished the 4th Epsom Salt drink + 2 hours, right? In the directions it says not to eat and drink after 2pm and start the flush at 6pm etc... So I did everything "by the book" and didn't even drink a sip of water, except the Epsom salty ones - the hunger didn't bother me but I was really thirsty some times...
Well, I'll wait 2 weeks and try again - and again - and again - and again... :)
