They have changed the dosage, I just noticed it on their website the other day.
So I can see if you had it with that and now with the fiber cleanse. There must be a reason with the bowelcleanse in general.
You might want to start from a different direction and do first a kidney cleanse to make sure your kidneys are ok.
Then try a liverflush, see cleanses at top of page and read liverflushforum.

The best thing to do would be to put your question on Ask Andreas Moritz Forum . he is the only professional on the forums.
