How long between flushes?

I did a liver/GB flush on Feb. 1 and got out a lot of stones.
How long must I wait to do another flush? At present I am battling with my bowels. The amount of water I'm consumed in the last two weeks would flood a small town, yet nothing happens with my bowels. I've tried Sea Salt in a quart of lukewarm water and have eaten sooooo much fiber. Nothing moves. If I do a Liver Flush with Epsom Salts , I might get some relief, but I'm worried it is too soon after my first flush 10 days ago. ??? HELP!!!!
