Liver Flush tomorrow night???????

I am thinking about doing my 5th flush tomorrow night the last one was the best so far.

I am going to San francisco friday and I am kind of worried trying to decide if I should do the flush or not because a few of my flushes made me sick for at least a week after words.I want to have a fun trip

Also ladies have you ever done a flush while on your period?
would be my 3rd day into mine.
