First liver flush

I have been on the h2 02 cleanse for three weeks stop doing on wednesday did my first flush friday night with the epsom and oil grapefruit from Dr Clark book, I had a little chest cold I started visting the bathroom early saturday morning, I was so sick all day saturday, I thought that the top of my head was going to pop.I felt a lot of pressure in one of my teeth thatthat morning, a dentist just worked on months ago, I did not get out many stones maybe 20 or so but I got out a lot of what you all call chaff that is for sure. Today is sunday and I am feeling better have a sore throat lots of green phem, Did I do some thing wrong with this flush. seeking for knowledge for a better life with in
