We have managed to get Kaylee's 'travel clearance' this week, so, on Tuesday (Monday is a holiday here) we will be applying for her passport. I have been able to be alot more faithful about her treatments this week, which seems to be helping her alot - her lips are actually pink more now than blue. In fact, when I was in DSWD trying to finish up the paperwork for her 'travel clearance', the woman who was working with us kept commenting on how healthy and happy she looked, so, I finally took her diaper off and lifted her shirt so she could see the tumor and her chest as she breathes.
I plan on running the tests again in a couple of weeks to see if we can see any actual improvement in her heart. Every bottle she drinks has BF&C syrup along with Hawthorne Berry Syrup. My theory is: The hawthorne berry is very specific to the heart, so I'm hoping it will take the BF&C with it to finish building what was never completed. She also soaks in comfrey baths - every time I change her diaper, I massage BF&C oil into her chest and back. It can't hurt and if it helps - that will be awesome.
