Avoiding high protein and/or heavy meals from late afternoon onward will help.
Gargling with a very tiny bit [abt 1/2 tsp or less] of MOM [milk of magnesia] and swallowing after gargling will help. The peppermint flavor works best and tastes best.
Of course, none of these emergency tools will be needed once one follows the Moreless protocol sufficiently well to begin repairing one's bod, including digestive tract, esophagus, etc.
