one month later

I did my first flush a month ago. I didn't think I needed to, just thought I'd do it to see what would happen. I got about 30 stones
out at 3 different times, half small and half big. The biggest and last one, by its lonesome was about 1 1/2" by 3/4" at its longest
and widest. They were all green. The only noticeable thing I can think of is that I haven't had a zit on my face since. I'm not
sure if it was because of this or because of a different lotion I use now. Is it possible that it was from cleansing? I'm not looking
forward to doing another cleanse, but if it helped my skin, what else might it help? I do have exzema, not bad, I just try to avoid
the foods that cause it. Any one else out there where it cleared up allergies?
