Yes they can.
You need to read about this, search some names like Dr. Hulda Clark , Holistic, back pain in google and see what you find.
Your back has been telling you something, dont ignore it! Read all you can-
Ill see if I can research this but sounds like you need to see a dr.
Theres nothing wrong with an ultrasound. If its a soft mass, x-ray will not pick it up.
