Liver Pains, Liver Attack please help

I have noticed that many members have mentioned Liver pains or Liver attack. Recently i have been experiencing a lot of pains in my stomach - the symptoms are - a) pain in the abdomen, b) desire to go to the toilet, c) feeling sick and desire to lie down, d)tightness in the stomach and feeling bloated. It comes on very suddenly mainly in the evening after a meal. It is very unpleasent but there is mild relief after taking an anti-acid like Gaviscon. It has been happening most every evening for the last 3 days? IS THIS A LIVER ATTCK?
