2nd Flush

Hi All

Well, my husband did his second flush last night.

The first was two weeks ago and he produced lots of green sludge and lots of small green stones mixed in.

He is 31years old and the next day he woke before the alarm ( you would have to have lived with him to know what a difference that was!) and could smell things for the first time and loved his enhanced sense of taste with food.

By yesterday all that had worn off and he was back where he was in terms of how he was feeling - as we had expected - and ready to do the next flush.

He had had no BM by 9pm, so decided to do what he did the last time and had a third Epsom Salts . This time it did not have the desired effect and he threw up.

Oil mix at 10, - this time only a slight headache and no nausea and slept well - third Epsom Salts and 7.30am and last lot at 9.30, which is when he started passing stones.

His first BM Lots of small ones and two large two cm ones.

He has now had about 5 bowel movements - lots of small dark brown and pea-sized, green stones and about 8 of them 2cm and above - the largest being just about four cm long and 3 wide. All dark green.

Great flush!

We are both very pleased. We noticed after his last flush that his food reactions were not as severe.
