Feeling great with my 4th flush results!!!
My day was relaxed and easy going, a hint that came from Southern Belle.Thankyou Paulette.
I managed the
Epsom Salts , but cut down the amount of salt, because I had done a
coffee enema earlier in the afternoon. Only a slight headache during this time compared to full blown headaches normally. I think the
coffee enema helped me there.
Then came the time to take the Olive Oil. My tummy was rejecting it before it even hit the bottom. I had to sip slowly to take my Ornithine tablets, and that was when I got into strife.
It was a real job swallowing it all. On reflection, I don’t think I shook it up enough with the grapefruit juice. I even started to suck a lemon between gulps. I thought it was going to come back up as quick as it went down but I was able to talk myself out of that one. Went to bed and did some deep breathing for a while.
Slept like a baby until about 4.30 and when I woke up I was surprised that I had no nausea. This was a bonus, I tell you.
Dozed until 6.30 when I took my
Epsom Salts , then again until 8.30 for 2nd lot.
Then the toilet trips started.
It was unreal. I passed lots of tiny little stones, sesame seed size that were mainly creamy colour. Some slightly bigger rice grain size which were pale green, probably in excess of 60 of these. Maybe about 20 larger than a pea size pale green, over the course of about 4 hours.
Then I finished with a coffee enema. In all I think I probably have passed well over 100 stones today, it is hard to count the tiny little ones.
This is the best I have come through a Flush. I feel an inner calm, and am full of vitality today. Yesterday, here on the forum, everyone was talking about “Shit on the liver” an Aussie expression, and I am an Aussie too, so am very familiar with that colloquialism. Well I am happy with relieving some of it today. LOL.
As I was drinking the
Olive-Oil last night, I was saying that this would be the last time. Even when I was laying in bed trying to cope with the nausea, that was all I kept thinking too. But when it is all over, and when I see what I have expelled, I am not ready to stop, FAR FROM IT.
I would like to ask - how do other people cope with their tummy’s rebellion against the Oil? Is it better to take it ¼ cup every 15 minutes until it has all been consumed? Any other suggestions? I would be grateful to hear from anyone.
I know that I haven’t passed my bigger stones yet, and I don’t want to give up until I have cleansed everything out, but just don’t know how I will cope.
Thanks for reading this.
