I have been doing some research on foods that some claim to be acid forming and others claim it to be alkaline forming. There seems to be great debate over which foods are what. I have searched out in some of your old posts and have come across one were you claim that it doesnt matter what one claims it to be as long as by using a refractometer and it is alkaline it will continue to be alkaline forming. (please correct me if I have assumed wrong on this).
The above probably seems more like a statement more so than a question but I was just kinda wondering if I was going about this on the right path?? Wanted to make sure that I wasnt making this more complicated than need be for myself......
