Hi Spock,

I forgot to mention the temperature of the coffee. This is a VERY important point! If the coffee in the enema bag gets too cool, when you insert it, it will trigger an immediate expulsion! Try to keep it warm, but not too warm, or you might burn your tush! We definitely don't want THAT to happen ;)
