--The Cooking issue--

That sure helps make sense of the way I often feel after or even during a meal!
I've been keeping a binder of this great info and will definitely put this in there.
I do have one final thought and inquiry...
If cooking food above a certain temperature i.e. boiling water to steam broccoli, etc "kills" that live food, how is it that broth from long simmered veggies is not dead? If you don't have time to mess with my trivial question, I'll just fix me some broth and "know" it is good for me! ha

Answer: Cooking above 112 degrees may destroy the Enzymnes, but cooking does NOT destroy the Alkaline Minerals or Energy, unless it is cooked to Death and all that is left is ashes!
In this case most of the Energy has been Released into the Air!
