I've Pushed Off My Vascular Problems For Too Long Now...
Yeah like so many times before I patch one hole up and another leak pops up some where else. I'm used to it, and I tackle my problems rapidly I no longer let the progress. This is rather an embarrassing topic so bare with me here. I've had massive budging veins that look like their coated with plaque. Had this for a while now, probably 5 years. Occasionally I'll get freezing cold hands and feet to the point where my toe nails turn blue. Now I don't necessarily know if this problem that's been building is related to vascular issues but I really suspect so.
So...my penis. lmao! I don't even care no shame I have to protect him at all costs, with out him apparently I'm no longer wanted on this earth. So I guess for around two years now there are periods where I'll go to the washroom and it will be like it's not erect but it's full of blood causing it so be sort of stiff, retracted and then I'll have difficulty urinating. The tip can get very cold some times as well as a part of my sack. This all sort of started during my 6 year on and off weed/cigarette smoking binge. During or just after
coffee enemas or high dose vitamin C I've noticed this the most. One time the tip turned blue. So last night I noticed that the shaft is swelling in the mid area, just before the glans. I did a bunch of reading and I'm getting the sense this is leading to a high flow priapism. Most don't even know it's going down but I'm like a hawk with my body these days(seeing as how I'm doing such random supplementing). I usually catch problems months before they really become an issue. I think this time is no exception. Here is a picture of what it kind of looks like(this is not mine by the way! :P).

Now when you translate this page you end up with a condition they call: Cavernous fistula in glandular priapism
When you get into specialty problems like this the documentation decreases and decreases. But the specific details I think are a bit irrelevant the real question is; is it caused by narrowing/clogging arteries? I believe so. Just by looking at it, it's kind of like blood is making it to the tip but being bypassed around an area that's blocked up. I would go into see the butchers but let's face it, they aren't TOUCHING the guy down stairs unless it's a last resort.
So far I've come up with:
1. Garlic
2. Cayenne
3. Ginger
4. Silk Worm Enzymes
5. Chelation
I won't lie, if there is any thing I have consumed a lot of it it's calcium. I drank letres of milk a day for years and lately I've been drinking a lot of rice milk. When taking a calcium supp a few nights ago to balance the magnesium it just plain made me feel sick. One of my concerns around ripping plaque off the walls of my arteries is the theory that I consumed so much calcium so that my body COULD coat my arteries with plaque to protect against some thing else going on; possibly copper deficiency/toxicity along side other metals and some underlying infections. Some people ask me why I don't go and get assistance from a ND, my answer is always the same "I'm yet to meet a ND who can stay on top of a body like mine, I only know one person who can stay on top of a sinking ship like me and that's me." I think as many steps down the road as my brain fogged debilitated mind can possibly handle. Some would read my posts and think I'm totally coherent, in fact the reality is I should be solving complex programming problems and constructing crazy inventions and pulling off precise chemical synthesis but instead I'm sitting in front of my computer making it SEEM like I'm really smart. lmao!
So yeah, how do I safely deal with vascular issues? Should I start tearing plaque off or should I be keeping on top of some thing else going on?
