Osteoporosis might be related with a unbalance in minerals consumptions, calcium/magnesium amoung others and/or acidosis.
A diet with more raw veggies and less industrialized food is always good. Avoid sugar.
I may relate somehow, because I suffer from gout, knee problems and occasionally of Repetitive strain injuries on my right wrist. I can say that following the pH Balance concepts that you can find there //www.curezone.org/forums/f.asp?f=740
helped me greatly.
As bones are not just made of calcium alone, natural sources of various minerals should be preferred. One very rich source of various minerals, in a concentrated form is Un-sulfured Blackstrap molasses.
