2nd flush results

Last night I did my second flush, some 16 days after the first.

I changed the routine slightly. I had decided that the Clark recipe is way too high on the magnesium so I only took a teaspoon and a half at 7pm, followed by a an adult dose of Milk of Magnesia, (magnesium hydroxide), at 11pm. This is about half the Clark dosage.

I upped the olive oil to a full cupful.

I took two 500mg ornithine when I went to bed.

The night was a bit more restless than the first time. I was a little nauseous for most of the night and woke up several times.

I didnt take any magnesium in the morning.

The first BM was a little slower in coming. I slept in until 10am then paid my first visit, the first of six during the day.

Results: many emerald green lumps, a few biggies, one very big, that is 2" by 1".

Are they gallstones?? I am not sure. There was, as last time, no sign of ageing or calcification. The lumps were all pretty soft and uniform colour. Is it just a mixture of the juice, olive oil and bile?? Frankly, I dont know.

But the whole thing has, as last time, had a good overall effect. I feel somewhat cleansed, my indigestion feels lighter and my head feels clearer.

So I will continue. I have no idea how much it costs or how to go about getting the lumps analysed where I live, but I will check it out before the next cleanse as I have to say my curiosity is undeniably piqued. Tweet
