so, I guess the thinking behind this "don't eat kelp because of the arsenic" has some validity maybe with the lower qualities of kelp--but of course then, arsenic wouldn't be any more of an issue than any other contaminant, or imbalance in the mineral profile.
FDor example, I found the brown kelp (Atlantic) to be pretty much "blech", but the grassy green stuff I get from Norway feels very good.
PS glad you got an RRR. that's really what I was asking for.
