Re: unsure and in pain

Hi Tan, My pain didn't increase when I did the flush either. It's almost a week since the flush and I feel that more stones are moving down and slight pain starting again. Time for another flush. Like Petra I too prefer not to do too many things at one time as I get too run down and I like to see what effect each procedure is having on my body seperately. Some people can take more I guess. You have to observe yourself. Good luck!
