anyone help me with a discription of the differnt types of colonics.

I have had 2 colonic sessions so far. One was with a machine that use high pressure and the second was a gravity flow (wood's ) system. On an earlier post, I said gravity flow was open and the machine was closed. After reading quite a few posts after doing a search for colonics on this site, I know I am confused and wrong about this.

All I know is, I hated the machine that used so much water and the gravity system did not hurt like the dickens like the machine did. The machine was excruciating. I can't think of a word worse than that or I would use it! I was not moving anything and she kept putting more water in. I felt as though I had not had had a bowel movement in a month.

Maybe the experience was more the fault of the colonic theripist, but I thought I would never do colonics again after that horror story.
