cleanse

i want to do the liver cleanse and need to know a couple thins first. im not sure im going to be able to keep down that olive oil. what do they mean by ozoneate? and can it be olive oil and not extra vergin? also do i have to add hci to it or will it be ok if i dont? if not can i get this at a pharmicy? and can i use valarian or kava kava instead of ornithine or will it not work? soory for all the questions i hope someone will be able to give me some answers. thanks Tweet
