I also did research last night and in ayurvedic (sp) medicine they use it to treat weakness in pregnancy so it is used in pregnancy. I believe the concern comes from the fact that it causes the uterus to spasm or contract so it would be contraindicated in high risk pregnancy with bleeding and early contractions.

I believe Uny is still looking into it though for you and I trust Uny's guidance, she is really knowledgeable and doesn't take chances.
