Air purifier rec. for nail salon

I own a store right next door to a nail salon and I noticed an odor before I moved in but I thought the store just needed a thorough cleaning. I have since found out however that it's the smell from the nail salon next door that comes right into my store. They have NO ventilation system and it's been confirmed that our air ducts are not connected in any way. I wouldn't worry so much except that my kids are here with me a lot and I have a horrible headache right now. What can I do? Is there an air purifier that would help? Tweet
