Re: body aborted flush :'-(

Hi ocean just read your earlier posts that this was your first flush. well 7 years ago I did my first flush. I was very nervous and I bickered with my husband which made me even more stressed and nervous. I did the 2 cups oil method (drunk slowly with chasers of lemon over 2 hours). Well, it ALL came up in the night and I never saw a stone. I even went out for pancakes the next morning in rebellion.

2 months later after more detoxing and preparation, I tried again and wow, it was mind blowing what came out of me and over night my health was transformed. So, sometimes we just need to go easy and gently and wait till our bodies are ready. Just think of this as the trial run, it won't hold so much mystery next time and it will be smooth and easy.
