Does liver flushing really work?
I know this is the
Water Fasting forum, but I didn't want to ask it at the
Liver Flushing forum. I don't want to generalize, but it seems as if most of the people there are the "fake naturalists", and they don't know as much about healing, the body, and natural diet as the people here do. A lot of them are the type that think fasting "is just starving yourself", and they still think that there are processed foods like cereal that are good for you. They also are big into the snake oil stuff like the colon cleansing shakes and whatever.
Since i've read stuff that says that
Liver Flushing actually doesn't work, and the stones are actually just the olive oil that you drink, what do you guys think? Does it really get actual stones out, or is it just a waste of time? I know fasting is much better and more efficient, but does doing a
Liver Flush have any benefit on the body at all?
