Sorry, I don't understand how to breath h202 after spraying into the mouth. I tried to understand it looking at the video of Landrights in youtube, but with my 56 k , it's impossible to watch. He seems to spray it in front of him, but surely I'm wrong as it might burn the eyes this way.
I bought 2 liters in UK, I was wondering if I should freeze them.
If we don't swallow the h202, can we take it anytime before or after meal ?

I have started spraying h202 in my mouth every hour or less some days, feels much better this way. Thanks you so much for helping us to survive this polluted world.
Can I keep on spraying everyday ?
