lol, yeah it was pretty intense. Amazing how fast my skin color changed. Literally within five minutes of taking the Niacin my skin began to feel like I was in a furnace. I thought it was an allergic reaction at first. I even called my dad all freaked and asked him what I should do. He basically said take a cold shower while he read up on what had happened. He calls me and tells me that's the flush. So yeah I did a heavy duty blood flush...I think I'm going to do it again tomorrow, lol! I get the feeling this maybe one of the keys to helping my circulation out. Maybe it will even help with my pale skin(aside from the red burning effect lol!).
