ornithine

is l-ornithine the same as ornithine? if not witch one am i supposed to take? and how many milligrams am i suposed to take, on that thing i read eirlier said to take take 4-8 tablets but it didnt say how many milligrams. can i od on this stuff? thank for any help. Tweet
