I don't really understand how that can cause the hair to come in lighter, how does the hair follicle know if you are waxing, threading or plucking it? Why doesn't mere tweezing make the hair come in lighter?

I am reluctant to touch my upper lip light fuzz because I don't want it to become an issue! the real dark (ew!) ones come in on the chin. why! why! why! lol
