Re: Update/fibro breasts
I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I often think "there but for the grace of god..." we are a couple paychecks away from a similar situation if things took a turn for the worse. So many of us are these days. I hope you find some answers to your dilemma soon.
As to FBD, I'm still waiting for mine to resolve, I think sometimes it may be more complicated with other hormone imbalance. I think I've been supping since about March, but I'm not taking as high of a dose as most people here, more like 25mg a day, largely because I consistently forget the second dose, though I'm wondering if there's a reason I'm forgetting....like my body and brain know something subconsciously and maybe less is more in my case, not sure.
I finally, after many years, visited a gynecologist when I found one who is relatively holistic, and he recommended lymphatic breast massage with a young living essential oil massage blend they sell. I bought the oil, but I'm not sure it's necessary, lymph massage can be done without it. Basically very light strokes, he said to start just under the collarbone, ten light strokes toward the middle angling down, then ten light upstrokes from between the breasts upward ("to get the pump going"), and then basically taking the fingertips and starting under the armpit, stroke lightly toward the nipple all the way around each breast. He said to do it daily with the oil before showering, and that has helped a lot of his FBD patients. I find I often forget, but sometimes I'll just do it over my clothes when I remember, or use a skin brush in the same motion.
