Is this a Hernia

It all started when I was having sex a couple of years back. At the moment of ejaculation I felt a tearing sensation to the right of my penis, like a muscle had snapped or something.
Since then I’ve had an on-and-off dull pain in that area. Sometimes it goes away, then it comes back. It increases with erection but is never (so far) a really bad pain, just an annoying ache.
But other symptoms have included a decreased staying power in intercourse and, much worse, the tearing sensation sometimes comes back on ejaculation. After cllmax my whole body feels horribly tired- for up to two or three hours, and I can get a feeling of nauseas post-cllmax which can last as long.
If I prod the area of the pain it will slightly increase. It seems to be about the right place for an inguinal hernia but there is no bulge, even after two years.

Is this a hernia?
