I have been reading a lot about ayurveda too. I am a Vata body type too, (alot of people here probably are, as many have described themselves as being very slim).
Would you mind telling us what exactly the ayurveda pills are that you are taking? There is an ayurveda clinic near to me, so I might go in and ask them to give me something similar to what you are taking.
