--answer---High Blood Pressure----

Hi JustinL,

Your question: Hi ML
I'm trying to understand here. Why would magnesium sulfate (Epsom salts) negatively effect high sodium levels!

Answer: It has to do with the ratios between the Calcium/Magnesium to the Sodium/Potassium!

If the Calcium/Magnesium are too Low in ratio to the Sodium/Potassium this may cause problems!

By increasing either the Calcium or Magnesium may affect the ratio against the Sodium/Potassium!

Cause and Effect!

Smile Tis your choice.
